Evernote is a FREE application that lets you easily clip or create notes or whatever and sync it to every device you have. Phone, iPad, Mac, PC whatever. 


Create to do lists that are always with you. Update from your phone and it syncs to your PC. Create a team sharing account and track all your projects. Capture pictures of documents or notes and Evernote turns them into text. 


My wife and I share an account and we can both update the to do lists. We are updating our kitchen and we’ve clipped every appliance web site and spec sheet. We can email them to the counter top guys, keep track of quotes, and on and on. 


Did I mention, this thing is free?????  Did I mention it syncs to everything? And it seems to work every time. Use your imagination.
