The Nimble Difference - A New World of CRM

I'd like to share a great example of how Nimble will make a huge difference in Customer Relationship Management in the months ahead.
Yesterday I visited my assigned financial advisor for a major on line brokerage. Near the end of our hour long session, he asked me what I did for a living? I explained I was in the CRM consulting business.
He said "Oh we use SalesForce". I asked how he liked it and he said "well it's probably better for commercial accounts and since I deal with individuals it's not of much value. I'm supposed to track the sales process but I don't know if that applies to my clients".
The light bulb went on. I said, "Gee, we sell a new program called Nimble." If you had been using it, you would have known what I did, where I went to school, my job history, seen my picture, and even known that my puppy had done a bang up job at puppy class this weekend!"
Why? Because with Nimble, you put in a client name and email address, and it goes out and finds all the social streams; LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Google+. It imports the contact and links to the streams and when you visit the client record it tells you what's on their mind. THAT IS HUGE!! That is what Customer Information is about. Do you see the difference between all that out of date stodgy "database" stuff and a real time social stream? It's big!
Ok, I'll settle down. This is a very cool program. Everyday I find several clients that I learn new info about. When I mention where they went to school, or some common interest it breaks down walls... and that helps build relationships.
I know the social stream is still a bit of a business mystery, kind of like we hear the train coming but we don't know what to do about it. BUT, Nimble is a great way to change and learn about our clients.
It's also cheap. The single user Personal Edition is free. Nimble Business is $15.00 per month per user. For that you get a shared database and a great CRM system that includes shared calendars, client info, history, email linked to the record, integration with Google Apps, MailChimp and more. Check it out or sign up now.
